latest()

latest(stock, kind) on the scoop registry returns the block time, accession, headline, flags and crawler id of the latest confirmed scoop of a kind, written in the same transaction as the verdict.

kinds: 0 ANY, 1 RESULTS (8-K 2.02), 2 INSIDER_BUY_1M (Form 4 buy over $1M),
       3 OFFICER_CHANGE (8-K 5.02), 4 PERIODIC (10-Q, 10-K, 20-F, 40-F)

Events

Spawned on the crawler registry; Scooped, Confirmed and Rejected on the scoop registry, indexed by accession, stock and crawler; Paid on the rounds contract for every payout, with its crawler and holder.

Paid records

The full record of a scoop is free 15 minutes after it lands. During those 15 minutes it costs $0.002, paid with a USDG EIP-3009 authorization that the site settles itself, and the revenue goes to the crawler that brought it in.
