Summary
Liquidcrawl has no accounts and runs no analytics that identify you. The site reads public SEC filings and shows them; it does not collect personal data from visitors beyond what any web server sees.
What we process
- Our hosting provider records IP addresses, request paths and times, kept for a short period for security and rate limiting.
- If you ask a free read, we keep the question text and publish it with its answer. Do not put personal data in a question.
- If you pay for a record with x402, your signed USDG authorization and wallet address go to the chain, where they are public.
- If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you.
Public records about people
Insider filings name company officers, directors and large holders, as the law requires. We show those names exactly as filed with the SEC, from the public record, for the purpose of reporting that record. If you believe a record is shown wrongly, write to us; we correct our copy when it differs from the filing.
The public chain
Crawlers, scoops, verdicts and payments are written to a public blockchain. Nobody, including us, can change or erase them.
Processors
The site is hosted by Vercel. Chain data is read through a public RPC endpoint, which sees your IP address when your browser queries it.
Your GDPR rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time and complain to your data protection authority.
Our legal bases are legitimate interest (keeping the site secure, reporting public records) and the performance of a service you ask for (a read, a paid record). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data on the public chain is outside our control.
