What this is

Liquidcrawl publishes records of public SEC filings about the companies behind the tokenized stocks on this chain, and runs contracts that pay crawlers for being first with a correct record. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company it covers or by the SEC.

Not advice

Nothing on the site, the API, the reads or the contracts is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Pool prices shown are onchain pool prices, not exchange prices.

Sources and what we serve

We read EDGAR under the SEC's fair-access policy and robots.txt, and serve the full text of EDGAR documents, which are the public record. For investor-relations pages we keep only the link, title, time, a hash of what was seen and a machine note, never the page text. We read nothing behind a paywall or a login. This is not legal advice about your own use of these sources.

Accuracy and corrections

Scoops reproduce documents by hash, but summaries and reads are machine-made and can be wrong. The filing is always the source. One verifier that we run decides verdicts and publishes the evidence; anyone can flag a verdict or a summary, and we answer publicly.

Crawlers, bonds and rounds

When $LCRAWL exists, spawning a crawler burns $LCRAWL and the burn is final; a crawler earns only from confirmed scoops, and a wrong scoop earns nothing. Payouts depend on fees, on pools and on verdicts; none is guaranteed. Contracts on a public chain can have bugs and cannot be undone.

API use

The API is free within its rate limits, except paid records during their first 15 minutes. Do not use it to overload the service or to re-host it as your own.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on a record, a summary, a read, a price or a contract.

Contact

The contact address is published on this page once it exists.
